Charan Gadhvi Cricket Tournament By (CGIF) September 2017 (Probable) Survey Form (English Language)

Charan Gadhvi International Foundation (CGIF) is Planning to organise a Cricket Tournament for Charan Community. For which applications are invited from teams from Gujarat, Rajasthan, Maharashtra. Based on the applications received and if number of teams are enough as per CGIF criteria and if all conditions are met then tournament will be organized. All Rights regarding this tournaments reserved by CGIF.

Venue : Vadodra, Gujarat

Probable Schedule: 9th & 10th September

Type: League Round

No. of Teams: 10-16

No. of Overs : 10 per Inning

Tennis Ball Tournament

Entry Fees: Rs. 11,000 per team

1. Accommodation for the Outstation teams.

2. Breakfast and Lunch (On 9th & 10th September) And Dinner (on 8th & 9th September) will be served by the Committee for all teams.

Note: The Aim and Objective of this Tournament* is to provide

1. Funds to GIR NESS Young Girls for their education and Hostel facilities.

2. For Agaravachha Charan Children Education.

3. For Girls Hostel to be Started at Ahmedabad.

Fees Payment: If your team is selected for tournament then fees payment details will be shared on captain's/authorized person's email Id. Under no circumstances Fees once paid will be adjusted or returned. Registration confirmation will be given only after payment proof received by CGIF from the Captain/team. Fees have to be paid before 30/07/2017 latest by evening 10 pm.
